Mrs Sinikas discovered that so many women still in this modern world live without voice, human rights and gender equality.
Ragne has 15 years of sales leadership consisting in developing and implementing sales and business plans throughout Mexico, Finland, Baltic’s, Russia, Italy, Germany in several industry sectors. Ragne founded and grew a boutique management consultancy specialising in “green” investing and leveraged equity loans.
Ragne is passionate about socially responsible investing and empowering through education to create access to opportunities. As education is close to her heart she is working with a Global Ed-Tech Team on innovative education development solutions. She believes that we have all the means and knowledge available to significally increase the quality of learning experience and provide access to education to everyone worldwide. Technological innovation is central to low-emission and climate-resilient development.
Ragne & her partners have a solution that provides unique and effective technologies for the energy (including renewables), marine and transport industries. These superior technologies are changing the world of oil emulsification and the recycling of liquid marine waste that contains oil and enable us to deliver groundbreaking solutions. Originally from Estonia, Ragne is a multilingual world citizen. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialising on marketing at the International University of Audentes, Estonia.

Ragne works with kids who have health challenges such as the need for heart surgeries. With over 100 surgeries in last 24 months, she has changed the life of 100 families. 100 women that had lost hope and now have a healthy kid with a strong heart and an amazing future.
